1. SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between ITWORLDZH GmbH and its customers for products
and services purchased online or on site, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Offer & Contract Conclusion

All offers are non-binding. A contract is concluded once the customer's order is confirmed by ITWORLDZH GmbH.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in CHF. Accepted payment methods:
- Cash
- Card payments
- Electronic payments (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Payment is due immediately.

4. Delivery

Delivery usually takes place within approximately 2 business days.
Delivery times are estimates not guaranteed.

5. Returns / Defects / Replacement

Returns / Defects / Replacement
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect ordering are excluded if the goods were delivered without defects.

In case of a proven defect, ITWORLDZH GmbH will, at its discretion, provide repair, replacement or a credit note if repair or replacement is not possible or not reasonable.

A refund of the purchase price in cash or via the original payment method is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellations

Cancellation after order confirmation is excluded.

7. Warranty

ITWORLDZH GmbH provides a voluntary warranty of 3 months from the date of delivery. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party interference, software issues caused by third-party software or normal wear and tear.
Statutory warranty rights remain unaffected where mandatory law applies.

8. Liability Limitation

ITWORLDZH GmbH is liable only in cases of intent and gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, and data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

9. Inspection & Notice of Defects

The customer must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
Late complaints may be rejected where legally permitted.

10. Retention of Title

Goods remain the property of ITWORLDZH GmbH until full payment is received.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively.
Place of jurisdiction: Zurich, Switzerland.

12. Amendments

ITWORLDZH GmbH may change these Terms at any time.
