Below you will find all important information regarding orders, payment, delivery, returns and warranty at ITWORLDZH GmbH.
Delivery usually takes place within approximately 2 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability or external factors.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Card payments
- Electronic payments (e.g. Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Payment is due immediately.
Returns due to change of mind or incorrect orders are excluded if the goods were delivered without defects.
In the case of a proven defect, ITWORLDZH GmbH will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a credit note if repair or replacement is not possible
Refunds in cash or via the original payment method are excluded unless legally required.
We provide a voluntary 3-month warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects only.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse
- Third-party intervention
- Normal wear and tear
- Software issues caused by third-party software
Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected where mandatory law applies.
Customers are required to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt.
