    How Do I Place An Order?

    Placing an order is simple:
    1. Browse the shop and choose the items you want.
    2. Add them to your cart using the “Add to Basket” button.
    3. When you’re ready, go to your cart or checkout page.
    You’ll be asked to sign in or create an account before continuing.
    Your account lets you track all your orders and view your order history.
    4. Check your shipping address, then review and confirm your order details.
    5. Complete your payment to place the order.
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email once everything is processed.

    Instead, the value will be credited to your account and can be used toward a new product or device.

    Yes, all our products include a 3-month warranty.

    How Long Does Shipping Take?

    To view your complete purchase history, including the Order Status, by navigating to the “My Account” page, then Orders in the main menu. If your order contains digital assets, you can access and download those files directly from the Downloads link.

    You can update your name, email address, and password by navigating to the “My Account” page. To change the credit card or payment method associated with your account, please use the Edit Payment Methods option.

    To view or update your saved shipping and billing information navigate to the “My Account” page. , click the Address link. You can add new addresses or set a primary address for future purchases. This helps ensure your orders are delivered correctly.

    To add a new credit card, update an existing one, or set a default payment method for subscriptions, navigate to the “My Account” page, click Edit Payment Methods. Note: For security, you may be required to re-enter your password before viewing or editing payment details.

    The fastest way to get support for a specific order is through your account dashboard:

    1. Access Your Orders: Log in and navigate to the “My Account” section.
    2. Select the Order: Find the specific order you have a question about, and view the order.
    3. Use the Report with Order Bottom: This should take you to contact from regarding your order, just type your details, the order details should be automatically filled and send us a messages about your issues. We will try to get to you as soon as we can.
